Awsome room for rent in Hamersley in HAMERSLEY, Western Australia for sale

Hey there, one of my housemates is moving out so i now have a room available in a 4 bed house.
The room has built in robes and is very spacious with more than enough room for a queen or king. The room itself is unfurnished but the rest of the house is, but with different furniture to the pictures.
The house is huge with 4 massive living areas. One of the areas has an awsome ping pong table so we do have fun as well as working.
The room also shares a bathroom with one other guy but stays nice and clean. Theres a bbq out back and a good sized back garden.
I have put the ad as pet friendly because there are two dogs living with us already but we cant have any more animals.
Our house is very friendly with two of us doing shared meals pretty much every night (saves money and I am a great cook!).
We are all laid back working adults who dont mind having a drink in the evening and a bbq at the weekend so looking for someone who matches us.
The room is 150 a week not incl bills and bond is 4 weeks rent so 600. My housemate is moving out this weekend so its ready for you to move in straight away.
